This sauce is not for the faint hearted, Super spicy and when i say spicy, i mean spicy, we use super hot scotch bonnet chilli peppers which have great flavour, Jerk BBQ sauce, scotch bonnet mash. Sauce has a sweetness – then comes the fire!!!
